   1.Gas oven and electric oven have different heat sources

The temperature of the electric oven is stable, and the finished product has a uniform color, which is suitable for beginners.

4.煤气炉和电炉的节能

  The power of electric oven ranges from a few hundred watts to one or two kilowatts, and the power consumption per hour ranges from a few tenths of a degree to one or two degrees. In the past, commercial gas ovens were used. At that time, the fuel gas (basically gas and natural gas) was cost-effective. Compared with the electricity bill at the time, it could save about half of the fuel cost. Moreover, the household electrical energy capacity provided by the power department at that time was generally small. The oven won’t work. Now the cost of gas and electricity is almost the same, and the household electric energy capacity is enough to use electric ovens, and it is easy to increase and expand, so most of the current household ovens use electricity, and a large number of computer programs are used. In order to control the current gas oven, it still needs to be connected to the power source. If you use a two or three kilowatt oven at home, it is more convenient to use an electric oven; if a commercial seven or eight kilowatt or tens of thousands of watt ovens, it is more cost-effective to use a gas oven

   5.Maintenance of gas oven and electric oven

  In terms of safety, electric ovens are safer and more durable than gas ovens. Electric ovens are generally smaller, and they are much simpler and easier to maintain and easy to clean. Household electric ovens are beautiful in style, with more optional styles and sizes, and are widely adaptable. When baking a large amount of food, the gas oven heats up quickly and has a large capacity, which is very suitable for commercial use.
