切肉机有什么特点?

斩肉机是利用斩肉刀高速旋转的切割作用,将肉和辅料切成肉馅或肉泥,也可以将辅料、水、肉或肉馅均匀混合在一起。切肉机是一个集合名词,按产品不同可分为切肉机、千页豆腐机、鱼豆腐机。切肉时,切割机不需要太多的刀速,每分钟可达3000-3600转,所以常规的20型、40型、80型双速(低速1500转,高速3000转)均可使用。
