  Daily maintenance: Daily maintenance refers to the daily maintenance of the cookie machine by the operator. There are few maintenance items, mainly concentrated on the outside of the equipment, and the main contents are cleaning, lubricating, tightening screws, etc.

  Operators should carefully check all parts of the cookie machine oven before and after the shift, and increase or decrease auxiliary devices through the baking enterprise according to the different varieties of products produced. Check the heating of the cookie maker oven heater, wipe all the parts and appearance of the oven clean and keep it clean and tidy. Remove the crumbs of the baked products from the stove belt.    First-level maintenance: First-level maintenance refers to the regular inspection of equipment with operators as the mainstay and maintenance workers as the auxiliary. Generally, it is performed once a month, and you can also take turns to perform a layer of maintenance on each part of the oven on weekdays. The operation time is within one day.

  In the repair process, the main task is to partially disassemble the cookie machine oven, inspect and repair the parts and components of each component. Adjust the gap between each transmission component and the bearing, remove foreign objects, and replace damaged components in time. Check and adjust the furnace belt, remove the curling on both sides of the furnace belt and the debris and oil stains sticking to the furnace belt.

  Second-level maintenance: The second-level maintenance refers to the regular inspection of the cookie machine, partial replacement and repair of some worn parts, mainly by maintenance personnel, and the participation of operators. The general cycle is 6-12 months, and the operation time is generally 1-2 weeks. At present, the major repairs carried out by many factories are secondary maintenance.

  The secondary maintenance should include all the items of the primary maintenance. Perform partial disassembly inspection and repair of the cookie machine oven, such as decomposing the furnace body, cleaning the furnace body, and replacing insulation materials. Check the transmission mechanism, clean and change the oil, repair and replace the wearing parts. Overhaul all heating devices and automatic control systems, and install them firmly to ensure safe and reliable production. Check the belt of the cookie machine cleaning furnace, there should be no cracks and curling, and the joints should be smooth and smooth. If damaged, replace part or all of the stove belt, oil the stove belt after cleaning, and clean the outside of the oven and its surroundings.
