热风回转炉的维护保养：

　　(1) After the hot-air rotary furnace is completely cooled, use warm water and kitchen detergent to clean the inside, glass and surface of the hot-air rotary furnace. During the wiping process, do not use hot air rotary oven cleaners or any substances containing acid and bleach, and also prohibit the use of steel wool or metal brushes. Use a soft cloth with clean warm water, and keep the cloth moist. Just drop water.

　　 (2) Clean the water pipe filter element, remove the filter element, rinse it with water and reinstall it, and then turn on the water source to check for water leakage.

　　 (3) Lubricate the trolley main shaft bearing and caster seat with butter, and replace it immediately if any damage is found.

　　(4) Check whether the seal of the hot air rotary furnace door is intact, if it is damaged, it must be replaced to ensure its heat preservation effect.

　　(5) Use a soft brush and vacuum cleaner to clean all the electrical components of the hot air rotary furnace, the wiring terminals and the motor housing, the circulation fan and the exhaust fan blades.

　　(6) Professionals conduct a comprehensive inspection of the various motors of the converter every year in order to find problems in time, and conduct a test on the electric heating tube to see if there is any damage to the electric heating tube to ensure that the entire converter is heating up well.
