半自动分度滚圆机采用离心铣削原理，工艺优良，使用范围广，每千瓦时产量高。体积小、重量轻、噪音低、料浆温升低、操作简单、维护方便。配有电机，无需基础安装，连接电源即可使用。它是一种理想的精炼机器。用户在使用本产品前，应装配好漏电开关和可靠的接地装置。加工机械用于加工大米、大豆、花生、芝麻、玉米、小麦等浆状粉末。

半自动分圆机的维护保养如下:

　　1. Daily maintenance content:

　　After using it every day, the inner surface of the cylinder, knife holder, blade and upper cover must be cleaned. When cleaning, please use a cloth with a little vegetable oil to clean. It is strictly forbidden to use salad oil to clean the blade and knife holder. When cleaning the blade and knife holder, you need to use the four nylon tubes on the machine. Open the top cover of the machine and place the four pipes symmetrically and vertically on the knife holder. On, close the upper cover of the machine, press the up button to raise the blade, turn off the power after raising the blade to a higher position, open the upper cover, and clean the blade and knife seat. When placing the tube, be careful not to place it on the blade.

2.每周维护

每周至少清洗一次机器的内部和表面，不要直接用水冲洗设备。用同样的方法将刀片抬高到最高高度，打开侧面维修门，清洗机内掉落的面团(必须做)。

3.每月维护

每月检查一次液压装置的液压油位。检查时，先将刀架和刀片放至最低点，关闭电源，打开设备维修门，打开油箱上的油盖，用油尺测量，确认液压油位不高。2CM以下，如果不够，需要加油。本机使用的液压油为AW68抗磨液压油或同档次的抗磨液压油。
