Feed Pellet Making Machine

Feed pellet machine is a kind of agricultural machinery feed processing equipment that mixes crop stalks, whole grains, bean foil and other materials together and extrudes into pellets. The die plate and pressure wheel on the main machine are made of high-quality steel, and the pellets are hardened after high temperature quenching. The smooth forming rate is high, the quality is good, and the output is high. It is a good helper for raising rabbits, fish, chickens, ducks, shrimps, pigs, cows, horses and sheep.

This series of feed pellet production line consists of five parts: crushing mechanism, mixing mechanism, granulating mechanism, cooling mechanism and packaging machine.

1.Crushing mechanism: Put all the materials to be crushed under the suction pipe. After the materials are sucked into the crushing chamber, they will be quickly crushed into powder or granules under the continuous blow of the rotary vane and the crushing chamber, and then subjected to centrifugal force. With the action of the air flow, it is discharged into the A impeller box through the sieve holes and then enters the feeding pipe.

2.Mixing mechanism: When the material propeller rotates, the material is forcibly fed into the feeding pipe from the B impeller chamber, and is lifted up and down by the agitating screw and turned around by the circular rotation to form a mixing process.

3.Granulating mechanism: The granulating machine is composed of a feeding hopper, a main machine, a motor, a connector, and a gear box. The motor drives the coupling to rotate and input power into the gear box to convert the power into torsion, which drives the rotation of the ejector wheel. The feed enters the pellet machine through the feeding hopper, and the ejector wheel presses the feed into the mold for molding.

4.Cooler: Use a cooler to cool the pellets.

5.Packing machine: the pellets are cooled and packed into bags.
