The process of pasteurized milk production line can be designed according to customer requirements.

1. Refrigeration tank:

The refrigeration tank is divided into two types: vertical and bedroom, which can be selected according to user needs and processing conditions.

The refrigeration compressors are all Copeland compressors. The inner wall is made of honeycomb board, with agitating function, and an outer insulation layer.

It is suitable for low storage of milk, juice and other liquids, and the product can be stored at a constant temperature between -2°C and 10°C.

2.双滤光片

The duplex filter is composed of two stainless steel filters in parallel, and is mainly used to filter the cow hair and impurities mixed in the milking process.

The two filters can work independently and will not affect the production during filtration.

3. Preheat tank

The function of the milk preheating tank is to heat the raw milk to about 60 degrees and serve for the homogenization of the next process, because the homogenization effect of milk is best at about 60 °C.

The function of the homogenizer is to smash the macromolecular fat protein balls in the milk under the action of squeezing and strong impact,

and disperse them evenly in the milk, so that the milk is smoother and has a better taste. Make the fermentation of yogurt in the later stage more thorough.

5. Sterilization tank

Milk processed by pasteurization is characterized by sterilization at a temperature of 72-85 degrees, which can kill harmful bacteria in the milk while preserving the nutrients and pure taste.

6. Fermentation tank

The optimal temperature for yogurt fermentation is about 43°C. After fermentation, the fatty acid in milk is twice as high as that in raw milk, and nutrients are more easily absorbed by the body.

7. Pre-cooling tank

The pre-cooling tank can greatly increase the production capacity of the production line.

The function is to cool the sterilized milk without affecting the sterilization work of the sterilization tank, and can effectively save electricity and water consumption.

8. CIP cleaning system

CIP automatic cleaning can save labor and is mainly suitable for medium and large production lines.

The CIP cleaning system is composed of three tanks: acid water tank, alkali water tank and clean water tank.

The equipment is cleaned by the three kinds of liquids in circulation, so that the equipment is clean and has no sanitary corners.

Pasteurized milk uses low-temperature cold sterilization. Pasteurization can ensure that the nutrients in the milk are not damaged.

The shelf life of pasteurized milk is relatively short. The shelf life of milk stored at room temperature is only 3 hours, and it can reach 7 when stored at 4 degrees.

About days, there is another kind of milk that is high temperature sterilization. It uses high temperature instantaneous sterilization.

The yogurt processing equipment is complete. The sterilization temperature is above 120 degrees. The sterilization time is only a few seconds.
