Mango Juice Production Line

It is suitable for the processing of tropical fruits such as mango and pineapple. It can produce clear juice, turbid juice, concentrated juice, canned mango/pineapple, jam and other products. The production line is mainly composed of bubbling washing machine, elevator, fruit inspection machine, hair brushing fruit washing, cutting machine, pre-cooking machine, peeling and de-nucleating beating machine, crusher, belt juicer, separator, concentration equipment, sterilization Machine and filling machine and other equipment.
The processing capacity ranges from 3 tons/day to 1500 tons/day.
2. The finished product can be: canned pineapple, pineapple sauce, mango sauce, pineapple juice, mango juice, concentrated juice.
3. It can handle fruits with similar characteristics, such as mango, pineapple, etc., with an automatic cleaning system.
4. Use a belt juicer to process the pineapple to increase the juice yield, and use a peeling and core beating machine to complete mango juice extraction.
5. Vacuum concentration at low temperature ensures flavor and nutrients, and saves energy.
