1. Requirements for shelling machine. 1) The hulling is clean and the productivity is high. 2. Requirements for peanuts (skin fruit). Peanuts are suitable for dryness and wetness. Too dry will result in high crushing rate; too much moisture will affect work efficiency. The peanuts (skins) stored in rural areas are generally dry. The following methods can be used to make them dry and wet. 1) Shelling in winter. Before shelling, spray about 10kg of warm water evenly on 50kg of peeled fruit, and cover with plastic film for about 10 hours, and then cool in the sun for about 1 hour to start shelling. In other seasons, cover with plastic film for 6 hours. About hours, the rest is the same. 2) Dried peanuts (skins) can be immersed in a large pool, immediately removed after soaking, and covered with plastic film for about 1 day, and then cooled in the sun, and begin to shell when dry and wet.

Operation method and matters needing attention:

　　 1. Before use, check whether the fasteners are tightened, whether the rotating parts are flexible, whether there is lubricating oil in each bearing, and the sheller should be placed on a stable ground. 　　

　　 2. Before use, check the power supply and the switch must be in the off position. 　

　　 3. After the motor is started, the rotation of the rotor should be consistent with the direction indicated on the implement. Run idling for a few minutes and observe for abnormal noises. When the operation is normal, the peanuts can be fed evenly.

　　4. When feeding peanuts, the peanuts must be evenly fed in an appropriate amount, and they must not contain iron filings, stones and other sundries to prevent breaking the peanuts and causing mechanical accidents. When the peanuts cover the sieve, the rice outlet switch can be turned on. 　

　　 5. Peanuts should be dry and wet properly. Too dry will result in high crushing rate, and too wet will affect work efficiency. Choose an appropriate screen according to the size of the peanuts.

　　 6. When there are more peanut shells in the peanuts, the motor can be moved down to tighten the fan belt and increase the air flow.
